Dear Friends:
Spring has officially launched and our treasured Bluffs are alive with buds and flowers
and animals of all description awakening and happy to be alive.
Parts of The Bluffs were last logged around the turn of the 20th century. The forest has
repaired itself slowly through natural succession until today we have a diverse garden once again featuring huge trees with a myriad of flora and fauna thriving happily amongst them.
Nothing need be done. The Stillwater Bluffs is a natural park - perfectly sized and situated with the regions highest annual rainfall. The first generation trees of the area were considered the tallest and straightest on the B.C. coast – one becoming the 214 foot high flagpole for the Kew Gardens in England. A wandering soul will experience more stimulating sensual encounters per square meter than can be experienced in any other comparable patch of real estate on the entire Sunshine Coast! What an amazing gift to the future both for our descendants and for all the living creatures that will have the chance to live out their lives as nature intended.

We have a couple of large events we’d love to stage. Just hit reply.
- Please take note that if you return bottles and other items at the bottle depot on
Duncan Street you can assign the value to the Stillwater Bluffs account. Just
mention it to the person in charge.
Finally please remember to suggest joining FOSBA to your friends. We really need to grow our support in order to preserve our precious jewel. If you don’t want to receive our bulletins please hit reply, let us know and we will take your name off our list.
Happy Trails
